This week’s World War I programming begins on Saturday evening at 8:00 p.m. (Central) with a panel discussion on “World War I and the Bill of Rights.”  This appears to focus mainly on the First Amendment.  It will repeat at 12:00 Midnight.

On Sunday morning at 6:05 a.m. “Legacies of World War I,” which first aired this past weekend, will be re-broadcast .  It will also air at 12:10 p.m. that afternoon.

Also on Sunday morning, a re-broadcast of the “U.S. Entry Into World War I” at 11:25 a.m.

As a reminder, once shows air on C-SPAN, they can usually be found on their website for viewing anytime.

Blair Tarr is the Museum Curator of the Kansas State Historical Society. He oversees the three-dimensional collections of the Society, but has special interests in the Civil War, Wichita-made Valentine diners, and Leavenworth's Abernathy Furniture. In the last few years he has also done a lot of cramming on The Great War. He is a past president of the Kansas Museums Association and the Civil War Round Tables of both Kansas City and Eastern Kansas. He is currently a board member of the Heritage League of Greater Kansas City.
