Your weekly update to WWI programming on C-SPAN3 includes two programs this weekend, both from the National World War I Museum and Memorial’s November symposium.

First up is actually in the wee hours of Sunday morning the 12th.  At 3:00 a.m CT is Vejas Liulevicius’s talk on German Occupied Eastern Europe During World War I.

Later that morning is a repeat of Robert Nelson’s talk, World War I Newspaper’s Effects on Soldier Morale.  That will air at 10:46 a.m. CT

Blair Tarr is the Museum Curator of the Kansas State Historical Society. He oversees the three-dimensional collections of the Society, but has special interests in the Civil War, Wichita-made Valentine diners, and Leavenworth's Abernathy Furniture. In the last few years he has also done a lot of cramming on The Great War. He is a past president of the Kansas Museums Association and the Civil War Round Tables of both Kansas City and Eastern Kansas. He is currently a board member of the Heritage League of Greater Kansas City.
