    To Whom It May Concern:
I have just learned of this web site posted by KSHS. I live in Prairie Village. Johnson, Wyandotte and Leavenworth Counties have NO radio stations, NO daily newspapers and NO television stations. They are ALL in Missouri. In other words about 20% of the Kansas population has no dedicated news media!
I have begun a “GoFundME.com” account to finance publication of a book about my grandfather, Col. Hugh Wilkinson, M. D. He was born in Seneca and practiced in Kansas City, Kansas. Please read the GFM post for more details. A total of $800.00 has been donated to my effort. Does your organization have grant money available for such projects? I look through the web site and I do not see any indication that there is any record of Col. Wilkinson.
Please review and advise on what may be possible. Thank you!
